Located in Béziers, in the Occitanie region, it benefits from a direct and immediate access to the A75 (Paris) and A9 (Toulouse, Barcelona, Lyon, Marseille and Italy) motorways.
Acquired off-market in October 2021 by way of a speculative forward funding contract (VEFA) on behalf of a joint-venture between Mass Mutual Insurance and Mubadala, managed by Barings Real Estate, the platform was sold in July 2022 to Lidl prior to completion in November 2022. Subsequently Lidl will execute some additional work for its own use.
